Cut out the junk! (food)
I’ve always had an active lifestyle, but it’s only now that I’m getting those yummy abs I’ve forever desired.
Chocolate is my bitch. Love her to death. But as soon as I cut her out of my life- along with every other junky sweet and salty treat- I finally started seeing results. Yeee!

I’m the kind of person who will eat anything in sight, (no restraint) but if I don’t have anything in sight, then I wont eat. So if I don’t let myself buy anything bad then I won’t eat it! :D

Do we have more than one soulmate?
I’ve been questioning this concept for the longest time, and I think I finally have my answer.
Yes and no.
I believe that we have many soulmates. I know I’ve lived many lives before, and in each of those lives I’ve felt special connections to different things. In the current body I’m in I’ve felt a soul connection to a lion, to my ex, a few close pals, and once even to a stranger! Perhaps in my last life I was a lion, and I found my soulmate in another cat. That could be an explanation why I feel so close to the animal.
Here’s another reason:
There’s a Buddhist concept that we are all everything. I am you and you are me. I’m that flower over there, and so are you. Let me explain.
Let’s say I hold up a piece of paper and burn it. Those ashes would then fill up in the sky and eventually form into a cloud. That cloud would then pour some rain, which would help a flower seed grow. So in other words, that paper is now the flower.
If we are everyone, then that means we have a little bit of soulmate in everyone.
That being said, I still feel like we have more “soulmate” in certain people than others. And although this person may be completely different in our past/next life, we do each have that certain person who is our current life soul sailor. And when we find that soul sailor we’ll connect so beautifully together that it’ll feel like we’re living in another dimension.
Ahhh I wonder when I’ll meet my soul sailor :) Or if I already have!!
